We are currently only delivering to UK Mainland

STANDARD SHIPPING £3.99 - You will receive your item(s) within 5 working days via Royal Mail.

EXPRESS SHIPPING £5.99 - Only available if ordered before 11.30am Monday-Friday and it will be delivered to you the next working day by Royal Mail (this EXCLUDES weekends & bank holidays)

CLICK & COLLECT £0 - We now offer a FREE Click & Collect service from Just Fox Boutique. 

Once you have completed your order, please contact us via the 'CHAT' button on our website to arrange your collection. A member of our team will respond and will discuss with you the best collection day/time.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to refund any item(s) purchased via the website you are not satisfied with providing you return the item to us in its original condition within 10 working days of receiving your order.  We would like to make you aware that Just Fox have the right to refuse refund if we believe there to be clear signs of wear (including the removal of the label, make-up/tan marks and/or perfume odours).

Return Instructions

1. Please package up the unwanted item(s) in the original condition (labels still attached).

2. Complete the returns form that is provided and send the item(s) and form back to us ASAP. 

3. Please label your parcel with the address noted on the returns form and post back to us. (We recommend using a tracked service and keep the proof of posting until you receive your refund). Please Note: Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and the original postage cost will not be refunded.

4.please be patient and you will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been accepted and processed.

 

We regret that we are unable to accept returns of jewellery for piercings or briefs for hygiene reasons unless defective in quality, description or performance.

Please be advised all refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process from the date we receive the return back to us. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed and a refund has been issued.
